Now more than ever before, do we understand the need to maintain a healthy and comfortable space for both students and staff. Good air quality has been proven to reduce absenteeism, increase attention, and enhance student performance. These benefits are seen in early learners right through to college students and of course, staff.

Most educational institutions have a range of different spaces; from small classrooms, to lecture theatres, and labs, all of which have different and variable heating and ventilation requirements.
We need to be able to listen to what our spaces are telling us. Continuous monitoring alone is not enough, instead, data must be properly analysed and used to identify beneficial actions.
BEPA (Built Environment Performance Analytics) is a series of tools developed to unlock the true value of data delivering actionable insights. It combines our discrete, wireless, IoT hardware, AmbiAir, with deep analytics on our smart Ambilytics platform. The first two tools in the suite are ACPA (Air Change Performance Analytics) and TPA (Thermal Performance Analytics).
ACPA measure the air change rate in a space, assessing and predicting if and when action needs to be taken to improve the ventilation. TPA measures thermal performance, it assesses providing the optimal balance between maintaining a comfortable environment and energy efficiency. It delivers significant cost savings while ensuring optimal building performance. Both of these can be used as standalone tools or as a live feed into an existing building management system, delivering a fully automated solution.
